Jacky Ross Grotle, CMP, Owner

Jacky has a hospitality degree from Washington State University and more than fifteen years of industry experience. Her exemplary customer service and "Can Do" attitude originated from roles at Westin Hotels and Resorts, Nordstrom Catering and the Seattle Tennis Club. She was a recipient of two national catering awards in the year 2000.

She is involved with NACE (National Association of Catering Executives) and MPI (Washington State Chapter Meeting Planners International). She has held the prestigious "Certified Meeting Professional" (CMP) designation of the Professional Convention Management Association since 1999.
